Hey spammers, leave the Bucks County Ski Club alone!

Now and again, I will check my blog's spam channel. Now and again, a great remark can get got in it. However, more often than not, the spam channel is stoped up with rubbish. Basically its fake web journal remarks loaded with hyperlinks for shoes, shades, knockoff handbags and the intermittent pharmacological placebo. 

Recently, I picked through my spam channel – correct, ton of garbage here. Erase this, erase that – 

And afterward I saw this fake remark. 

Presently for those of you who don't have a website spam channel, here's a few things to search for in this post. Anything in blue is a hyperlink to a site – and for this situation, the vast majority of the hyperlinks are for garbage polo shirts. However, take a gander at the web address on the left. 

Bucks County Ski Club? Presently why might a ski club from Pennsylvania be occupied with offering shabby polo shirts? Answer – they wouldn't. Clearly somebody made a heckuva showing of mocking a true blue association. Also, you know I'm not going to release this. I punched in the ski club's site in my web program. Also, I got a shock. 

While the page LOOKS like a club site, there's some content in the collection of the site that has nothing to do with trying your hardest Jean-Claude Killy mimic. 

Here's a piece of the early on content from the club's genuine site, whose area name closes in .organization.

So clearly the genuine site got parodied by this imposter site. What to do, Chuck, what to do…  

Alright, there's one alternative out there. I gotta contact the higher-ups at the genuine Bucks County Ski Club. Fortunately, their leader's telephone number was on the genuine site. One telephone call later, he and I were talking. 

He clarified that one of the individuals really had the rights to the name "buckscountyskiclub.com," yet he let it slip by. The URL went available to be purchased, and before the club could offer on it, it was sold to another person. Also, in spite of the fact that the club had the capacity hold .organization and .club postfixes for their page, a great many people at first search for .com addresses, and beyond any doubt enough they would arrive on the .com page for the ski club's site, just to observe that its a spam site.

Hell, I'd love to claim chuckmiller.com, yet lamentably that space name has been held by a Portuguese cybersquatter and won't even come available to be purchased until 2016 at the most punctual. 

However,  I discovered this soupçon of data for the ski club.
